Sanity pools are only found in extremely/massively corrupted locations. It is unknown why or how they appeared in those locations, but they protect against the Watchers and removes corruption from the user's brain, thus returning sanity.
Coop_Omega[]
They only appear twice in coop_omega9 and restore hitpoints (sanity). In-order to work properly, the player must step in the middle and sanity should return soon.
